How our practice tests line up with ParaPathways

Let me be straight with you, because it matters when you plan your studying. ParaPathways reports two separate scores: one for Reading and Writing (5758) and one for Mathematics (5759). Our practice tests are built around the same idea. We group reading and writing together as the Reading and Writing block, and we keep math as the Math block, so you practice the very skills the real subtests measure.

Here is the honest part. Our practice tests are modeled on ParaPathways content. They are not a copy of the official ETS forms, and they do not match the exact question counts of 51 for Reading and Writing or 36 for Math. What they do is build the reading, writing, and math skills both exams share, in the same two-block shape, so nothing on test day feels new.

Think of it like a coach running you through game-day drills. The drills are not the championship, but they train the same muscles, and that is what carries you across the line.

Start with the free diagnostic

Before you open a single study guide, take Test 1. Set a timer, sit somewhere quiet, and treat it like the real thing. When you finish, look at your Reading and Writing block and your Math block as two separate numbers, not one blended score. That split is the whole point. It shows you, in five minutes of reading your results, where your study time will pay off most.

Most people are stronger in one block than the other, and that is completely normal. Once you know which one needs the work, you can stop guessing and start studying with a plan. You will find the full diagnostic and every other free resource on our practice hub.

The five practice tests

The first full test is free, so you can see where you stand at no cost. The other four, with full worked explanations for every question, live in the study book. That book is what keeps this whole site free for everyone, so when you grab it you are also keeping the lights on for the next person studying.

Study each subtest

Once your diagnostic tells you where to focus, dig into the block that needs it. Each guide walks you through the skills the way a teacher would, one step at a time.

Reading & Writing

Comprehension, grammar, and clear writing, taught in plain language with the kinds of questions you will see on the 5758 subtest.

Mathematics

Numbers, algebra basics, and data, with a calculator allowed, just like the real 5759 subtest. We show you the steps, not just the answers.
